In the spirit of transparency, these are specific areas that I don’t provide support for:

  • Formal psychological or psychiatric assessments (e.g., cognitive, educational, ASD/ADHD)

  • Substance dependency, abuse and addictions

  • Personality disorders

  • Court-related or forensic matters

  • Crisis support

Please note that I also don’t offer medico-legal assessments or write reports for Family Court, Children’s Court, or Criminal Courts.

How It Works

1

Book An Initial Consult

A 15-minute, no pressure call to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

2

Initial Sessions

Early sessions focus on understanding your experiences, history, and what’s been feeling difficult. Together, we’ll clarify what you’d like support with and what feels most helpful for you from therapy.

3

Ongoing Sessions and Reviews

We’ll schedule sessions at a pace that works for you, with regular check-ins to make sure therapy is supporting you in the way you need. Session frequency can be adjusted, scaled back, or paused as life changes.

You don’t need to be at breaking point to need support
